Nice shots. Lovely Gulfstream III in the first picture - great scheme and perfect angle.

Love the shot of the Transavia. Great detail and an unusual angle.

Thanks all, yep that's D-AIGP fresh from the paint shop. I guess they'll add the Lufthansa decal once it's finished it's check. A few more from this week....

A bit drafty for the Captain or maybe the windscreen has just delaminated?

that's okay, it gives everybody more of an idea of the variety that they might see on a visit to Malta. Are they very common by the way?

To be honest Andy, it's too bloomin hot especially at night!! Would love some rain right now, not seen any since February.

The A400 was on it's first visit here but the occasional Herc and Voyager will show up every now and again. The Kuwait C17 was tech-stopping on it's way home from Dakar and went tech, so tomorrow they're sending another with spares and engineers. It's by no means the busiest airport - probably a similar number of movements to Glasgow each day but you're guaranteed to get something interesting. The Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting is here in November preceeded by a Libyan conference so there should be a few to be seen then.

What's up with the windscreen on M-BASH? Almost looks like somebody's put a brick through it!
