A Russian aviation icon in Florianópolis

The last Monday (27/4) was a historic day for the Hercílio Luz International Airport. For the first time Florianópolis received a Russian aircraft Ilyushin 76. The following link provides an extensive and full report and a lot of pictures of this fantastic and amazing plane. I count on your visit.

Great shots of a fabulous aircraft. Il-76s look great with high-bypass PS-90 engines, but I miss the noise and smoke :)

Got to love the "76", an iconic design from the days the Russian designs had so much charisma
