Changeable Heathrow (27 pics)

Some shots from a weekend down at Heathrow.

A couple of the maintenance area as we approach 27L




Friday saw the westerly runways in use resulting in some nice views of the landings on 27R from my room at the Renaissance hotel.








Brand new A320- only delivered on 5th June






The next day saw the other "Hobbit" 777 operate this flight.




Saturday saw easterly runway operations - so only a few heavies were rolling past the hotel on landing.
A trip to Terminal 5 resulted in a few decent photo opportunities between showers.

Lovely shots, especially those from the Renaissance. I'd be worried about the window glass but it doesn't seem to have caused you any issues.
