A few images from last weekends Vans Aircraft Fly-In hosted by the friendly Popham Airfield in Hampshire.

We were treated to a flypast by the 10 Hawks of the Red Arrows and also a Jet Airways 737-800 arriving at nearby Lasham!!!

How was the BAeA competition at Compton today? I was thinking of going Saturday but wind speed forecast showing as 20+ knots. Not great for up on the hill.

It was the cloudbase that was the issue yesterday rather than the wind so i saw no aerobatics but here were quite a few visitors!!

Back there today in the hope they do fly!!
