Long story short, had to fly SYD-MEL-SIN-IST-MAN after a business trip, SYD-MEL on REX was fantastic, MEL-SIN was on Jetstar, 787-900 in Business (if you can call it that), we got as far as the end of the runway before we went ack to guy for a touch of spannering...4 hours later and the flight was cancelled, as it was Melbourne cup week, they could not get me a flight anywhere until Thursday, this was a Monday...fine by me !! The following is what i managed to shoot over 2 days, weather was hot with thunder showers, heat haze one minute, pouring rain the next...
