Hi again

The last catch-up selection is from my trip down to Kemble via the Fosse Way stopping at Wellesbourne, Brize Norton, Kemble and Kidlington on the way back.

Lovely selection. I also spent 40mins at Kemble on Saturday. Was lovely light. Nice set.

Thanks acw367.

Yes, conditions were great at Kemble (unlike my last visit in February) and you can always get some great angles on the various aircraft around the airfield.

I meant to ask when were you there? I arrived around 2.45 pm parking by the BAW 747 before going to the parking bay of the A429 on the other side. I was wearing my Black Aussie style hat and looked very much like my picture on my Flickr account 'Craig S Martin'.

Regards
Craig

I was there at lunchtime as I had a RIAT team planning meeting in Douglas Bader House Fairford from 1pm.

The Jet2 757 shot really appeals to me. It looks so forlorn with the various parts missing and doors hanging down.

Kemble is always an exciting stop with all the aircraft being parted out. I always find the mix of aircraft, from the Gulfstream at Brize Norton to the Airbus A321s at Kemble, fascinating. It's like a trip down aviation lane with all those different models. The Children's Air Ambulance is such a crucial service. It's great to see it in action.
Hope you enjoy the fly-in at Enstone. It's always exciting to see a variety of planes up close. Speaking of trips, I recently visited this resort in Branson, Missouri, and the experience was very good. It was a relaxing getaway, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of plane spotting. If you're ever in the area, it's worth checking out.
