In keeping with a tradition I started many years ago, New Years day saw me heading to Kemble to catch up with the inmates - The gate was closed and didn't attempt access so most shots were from the layby

I went today. A mighty long way from Kent, especially as the AV8 cafe is closed for repairs, but worth it to see the smart 727, the Chinese 319s, and the sad looking Turkmenistan 717s.

According to website, AV8 is closed until end March at least.
