Paris?

Post by Danseaman » Wed Jun 29, 2011 4:05 pm

I will be visiting Paris CDG next week for the second year in a row :D But now the mound is closed and I am not able to take a step ladder, where would be the best place to go (Which get the most movements)

Many thanks,
Dan

P.S: I only have a Canon 1000D & 70-300mm

Which mound? The one next to Concorde is still open...some of it at least!

The bit to the left of the car park, I was told it was closed due the car park expanding?

I was there in May - On the (reduced) mound

The car park has extended, but half (width) of the mound remains and is accessible

And I was there in June - If the weather's nice you may want to get there early, I doubt you could fit more than 10 in a line along the fenceline.

They can't really expand outward much more, so I guess it'll be saying the way it is for the foreseeable future. Don't forget your photography permit though :)
