D-EMXZ Siai Marchetti SF.260 Air to air pics over Essex 07-07-2019

This extremely nice SF.260 visited Rayne Hall Farm, Essex for the weekend and this afternoon I got the chance to take some air to air photos of it after it took off to fly back home to Germany. It really was my lucky day!!!!!

a superb immaculate aircraft! It's ex Mexican Air Force and the guy bought it and shipped it to Europe. He and his co-pilot bought the airfield owner's Firefly about 3 years ago and decided to come over to visit the airfield for the weekend. They plan to be back again in September

Always liked the SF-260, so streamlined. The military versions certainly look the part as a ' fighter'.

it was a bit Mike, the biggest surprise was the wing over at the end when we broke away from the SF.260 - looking down at the ground as my stomach came up!

Wallie - I'm hoping to do some more some time with some of the other aircraft there so hopefully not once in a lifetime.
