Quick trip over to Brum to get some shots of the Air Austral Dreamy, went to the multi storey car park at Elmdon which looks a great location from 1pm onwards. Heat haze was a bit of an issue, but better than nothing!!!
Managed to get 3 different company Dreamliners in one shot

Re: Couple of hours at Birmingham, 26.06.18
I had no trouble but I was only there a few hours at most. I had full intention of buying a ticket, but the machines only take coins and I only had a tenner and card on me!!! Went and saw the lady in the office and she said not to worry, just explain it to ticket inspector if I see one......I didn't! There was quite a few spotters around and most said they'd rarely seen anyone too.
As per photos, mine were taken between 11 and 2 ish, I'd say from 12 onwards would be best as sun is behind you then. There's not much in way of facilities but there is a services about a mile off if you get desperate!!!

The Air Austral is still here but is expected to go into the hangar soon for the engines to be refitted.
