We must be the only ones this time of day !
These look a bit of a mixture of cockpits, but I am going for a DC6 in the centre.

Hi Chaps,
Electra yes, at Coventry now, but not when this was taken....
Another clue, could this be the same shade of yellow that's in the other post?
J (chuckling nicely - you'll get there!)

I was just thinking a DHL Electra but if it's not Coventry l'm struggling for a location.
Maybe that will spark a thought in someones memory
Edit - is the centre one an ATP just looking at the ridge down the cockpit, dont think the window is right though

Re: Another Who, why. what, where, how...??
Well, l know where and have pm'd John with the answer so you can all try to work it out!
Still not sure what the centre aircraft is though, assuming the one on the right is a DHL Electra
Edit again, the one on the right is a F.27 ex Air Uk
Anyone else worked it out?

Looks like a Trident on the right and it looks suspiciously like Pershore to me.

Re: Another Who, why. what, where, how...??
John, is the Electra LN-FOI or G-CHNX?
Re: Another Who, why. what, where, how...??
Hi Mike,
It's G-CHNX.
I bought LN-FOI cockpit essentially because of what I did to it at Edinburgh in 1976.....loaded it with Tandberg televisions, starting at the rear, and it sat on its backside over by the Ferranti hangar.
I had also forgotten to make sure the "pogo stick" was in place. Got a verbal warning - (the first of several) - only 2 weeks after starting the job!
I'll put a couple of LN-FOI "post incident" pictures up shortly.
LN-FOI sold to New Zealand as it was originally ZK-TEA, and they wanted it back.
G-CHNX now at Coventry.
The others are G-BNCY F27-500 and G-AVFM Trident 2, and you are quite right - all at Pershore.
