I arrived just before Jumb O'clock at Stansted today :lol: :lol: :lol:
Here are some pics of 2 747s that landed one after the other just before midday ( Cargolux LX-RCV followed by Panalpina's N850GT) plus a few others taken at the 22 end to try some different angles, slowly getting the hang of the new lens!

Thanks guys, i'm surprised how much better it is. I thought I'd see some improvement at 350mm plus but not as much as this.

I do have trouble holding it steady at times though, it's a bit heavier than the 100-400 and for what I was doing today I couldn't really use a monopod. My arm muscles are getting a good work though so can only be doing me some good.
