Manchester on a stormy November day 2015

Post by Tim R-T-C » Mon Sep 19, 2016 6:18 pm

My first dedicated plane spotting trip in many years, having arrived back from South America the day before, we spent a few hours watching planes at Manchester in appalling weather that saw several go-arounds and diversions.

Some highlights from the day.

Good shots, especially considering the conditions. The first two are really vibrant and I like the action of them just becoming airborne. Same for the Emirates A380. Some nice spray shots too, and always interesting to see an A340-600.
