Me and my mate HatfieldApprentice went to see Purple last night at the O2. They were absolutely phenomenal. I've seen them 3 times since lead guitarist Steve Morse joined. I didn't think that they could get any better but last night was incredible. They even did a lengthy encore. There isn't one weak link in the band either. All of them impressive solos. I'd love to see Don Airey and Rick Wakeman. That would be really good to see.

I never get tired of Classic /prog Rock..wish there was more in the charts and on radio / television..everything is so manufactured these days and sounds the same.Regards Tim
