From the CAA website, the CAA have issued a noise exemption certificiate for IL76 EW-78843 to operate an aid relief flight through EMA

It's been suggested that it's due to arrive Thursday evening and depart sometime on Friday

In keeping with typical Rusian time keeping, it looks like it's now coming some time tomorrow. Probably not worth posting any time until it's actually in the air and enroute!

There could be quite a delay to this flight most of the relief flights are running around three days late due to capacity at port o prince they can handle just over thirty flights a day and there is already a hundred flights parked around the caribean awaiting slots,hence the urgency in getting the port open.
