This is the SPOTM (Special Photo Of The Month) competition for April 2020 and the subject is Aircraft registered in the Benelux countries, Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg, i.e. PH- OO- or LX-
The subject of your entry should be a photo of one or more civil registered aircraft past or present, with an LX-, OO- or PH- registration

3. The image can be photo-shopped to some extent, levels changes, cropping, sharpening etc. are all acceptable. The photograph must retain it’s initial subject though, don’t make it something it’s not. HDR images are not acceptable. If you are unsure, please PM a moderator.
4. The competition will remain open until 23.59 (UK time) on the 7th May 2020- please note new extended closing date to enable anyone with a last minute entry some breathing space.
5. Voting will be conducted by a poll open to all the membership shortly after the closure of the competition.
6. 'Rule 6...' There's no rule 6 Bruce'
7. The decision of the moderating team is final.
8. All images must be posted in line with the usual CA posting rules (size etc.), please read them if you're not sure how to post.
9. The rules may be subject to change, and these will be posted on this thread.
10. Please also embed the images and not links to images, if you're not sure how to do it then shout up and someone will sort it out. It is permissible to change your entry before the closing date.
11. Do not comment on other member's photos.
12. A brief description of where and when the image was taken would be nice too.
If you have any questions please PM me
Good luck everyone, especially Wallie whom I expect a very interesting entry from!
Andrew

I'll kick this off with an old b&w shot of OO-SDN coming in to land at LHR, 1977/8. Had a few others, in colour at Kai Tak, to choose from but this looked the sharpest.

an old one from me, taken at Stansted in May 1992 when it brought in fans for the Champions League final (might have been European Cup in those days) PH-MBT DC.10 of Martinair in a nice old style colour scheme. In the days when high fences didn't get in the way!

Dipping into the pre-digital archive from my time living in Belgium scanned from a 4x6 print. I was a member of this gliding club in 2000 and flew this on a few occasions.
