Thanks chaps, I'm just enjoying a nice cold beer, it's bloomin' hot in the Highlands today and not a breath of wind (apart from my own  )

Happy days.

Sorry Mike but I had to re-read your last a couple of times, as the word hot and Highlands don't normally go together from my experience  HAving said that I love Scotland anytime, although I've only been in non-snowy times!

Haha! It's seriously warm here and I'm off down to the Midlands on Friday, even hotter there! Just need to find a nice beer-garden next to a river or canal, then find a nice spot in the shade for 3 days!

Friday should be a lot cooler in much of England - low to mid 20s whereas tomorrow is due to be mid 30s :Wow:

Thanks guys, just to let you know that I stayed home all weekend as Flymaybe cancelled our flight down to Birmingham on Friday due to "weather" and "ATC issues at Swanwick" the day before

Neither of these excuses can be used to claim compensation and I really don't believe them. Flymaybe were the only airline to cancel flights from Birmingham over the weekend, the same thing happened on Sunday when there were certainly no weather or ATC issues, other destinations affected from Birmingham were Newquay, Edinburgh & Glasgow.

I've flown with them dozens of times and I've now lost all respect for them, not the wonderful crews, but their management.

And I'm still waiting for the refund to arrive in my credit card account.

I'm not happy.

Good luck with that!

I am also waiting. Near 4 hour delay on my return from Bastille Day flypast in Paris.

Reason was broken plane on first sector.... surely that must be their fault.
