As some might already know I love the island of Corfu and a few years ago I went back and havent been able to to stop going since
Im just back from this years trip

a colourful set of pictures with lovely blue skies, very fitting for the holiday season.

Fabulous. Loved the all black biz and the Lebanon 737. I've been to Corfu but it was Brit charter aircraft back then.

Thanks for the comments

The apartment I stayed at is called Anna Apartments Kanoni
It was really great value at 25 Euro a night per person(Thats peak season middle of July)

Here is a picture of it I took from my room in The Royal Hotel last year
(Pinkish Coloured Building)
As can be seen you cant get closer to the action.
All rooms face towards the runway and have triple glazing for those who are not aviation lovers

I was on the ground floor as there were 4 of us sharing the biggest apartment but when the upstairs apartments were free the owner Anna let me have use of them so I could use the balcony for photography
Short walk to the beach(2 min) and 5-10 min from restaurants & Bar above in Kanoni which does require a walk up alot of steps but its not too bad

I cant recommend it enough and then there's Captain George Tavern for food at night a must if you like sea food


Already booked again for October
