Yes! it started yesterday but is still doing it after 3 rinse cycles.

I have a horrible suspicion that my wife has done a mix up as per Del-boy's uncle Albert with the maxwell house and gravy granules and put washing up liquid in the rinse aid reservoir! Effing bubbles everywhere and no sign of calming down.

I (probably stupidly) recently bought blue washing up liquid (it's suddenly all gone (suddenly being the perfect term) and the rinse aid is blue so I have my suspicions she saw the blue washing up liquid and mistook it for dishwasher rinse aid.

anybody got a cure for a foaming dishwasher please?

Open the back door and let the bubbles out.

I cleaned it out best I could and flushed the rinse aid best I could then thought I would refill it to dilute down any remaining washing up liquid. BUT I didn't read the bottle, it's effing washing up liquid that looks exactly the same as the rinse aid bottle, what did Eric Idle say? what a silly b*nt.

It's still foaming everywhere!

thanks guys, no the mess wasn't too bad but rather embarrassing when it happened the 2nd time!

i was well past the influence of the malts when it happened so no excuse there!
