Ryanair Live Chat

well they come in for quite a bit of stick at times but have to say I've been most impressed with Ryanair's live chat this evening and worthy of a bit of praise.
I'm off to Italy for the weekend and printed my boarding cards but despite pre booked premium seats which include priority boarding the passes said 'other queue'. I decided to query it via live chat and first surprize only started at 12 in the queue with an estimated 8 minute wait. This rapidly reduced to 4 with a 3 minute wait and in all was only 5 minutes which on a computer is no hassle anyway as it pings when they answer. One rapid reply stating the problem and 2 minutes later new boarding passes issued - that can't be bad can it? If I have future queries that I think are answerable via live chat I shall use it in the future.
Certainly better than Sky Protect's phone line - I had a re-occurrence of an intermittent problem which started last week and knew it would need their talk through, 40 minutes i held on with their repeating message 'be with you soon, etc, etc,' and never got an answer, tried later and gave up after 15 minutes. As it seems okay today i haven't wasted any more time trying to call them but no doubt it will start again before long.
