Hi all,
I am planning a spottingtrip to Heathrow again. Last time I was there, my hotel was in Hounslow. This was not that bad, but I had to take the first underground to Hatton Cross to catch the early birds arriving. Impossible to go back to the hotel for breakfast, because of loosing too much time in between.
Result : no breakfast and a very hungry spotter around 10 o'clock....
Now the question : From the station Hatton Cross, I'm searchng for a hotel in the neighbourhood, at walking distance, so I can catch the early planes, go back to the hotel, have my breakfast and come back.
Anyone any idea ?

Re: Hotel Heathrow area
Depends which side of the airport you want be.
The Jurys Inn is a short walk from the end of 27L or the Hilton which is just outside terminal 4
If you want North side suggest you look at www.bookings .com as there are several Hotels that side.

Re: Hotel Heathrow area
The Jurys Inn ( now renamed to Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow ) is perfect for me.
Looked also at bookings.com Wow, hotels enough in the neighbourhood.
Thanks for info.

Re: Hotel Heathrow area
The Renaisance do spotter weekends with room overlooking the runway- free shuttle bus to and from the hotel with the package. Also benches on the grass outside in front of the hotel- excellent viewing although a bit pricey.
Happy Days
