Hong Kong Queries: G-RDAS, Hong Kong General Aviation

Dear all
I hope this is the correct part of the forum to post this, but I am new to the forum so please feel free to move if it is in the wrong place.
Anyway, I am trying to research an up to date Hong Kong Civil Registry for the local spotting community as the local government do not publish one. But I have a few queries as more knowledgeable of military aviation.
1) The first relates to the Hong Kong Institute Of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi Campus)
The google map location is https://goo.gl/maps/kE3dc5wwv5T2
At this location there seems to be two aircraft.
a) I think this is a Beechcraft Bonanza based on the windows and undercarriage. http://potaihse.blogspot.com/2013/07/tsing-yi.html. Seems to have no markings however.
b) Again not sure what this is, guessing a Cessna of some sort. https://www.facebook.com/IVETsingYi/pho ... =3&theater. https://www.facebook.com/IVETsingYi/pos ... 6957967951. Again seems no markings.
2) I also have a query regarding G-RDAS as it seems that it is owned by Jerome Martin in Hong Kong, however it doesn't seem to be based in Hong Kong as all the flights on FlightRadar are in Europe. Last confirmed location I can find is Annecy, France. Anybody any idea where it is normally based?
3) Lastly the HK government has confirmed that only 12 helicopters are on the Hong Kong registry. Although I assume that the new Cheetahs are not figured in that number. It does say that two of the Lamas have been deregistered, but which ones are anyone's guess as five are registered, but I haven't seen them flying in Hong Kong for years. Again any ideas?
Any help very much appreciated
