Airfields Notts/S Yorks area
Airfields Notts/S Yorks area
Anyone know of any web sites which will give any info for visiting airfields in the Notts/South Yorks area for spotting, I go to Netherthorpe and Gamston at the moment for a bit of local spotting when I dont go to the major airports, or any members recormend any airfields worth visiting for Tins and Biz aircraft, Postcodes would help if known for the satnav. Thanks in advance
Neil

Re: Airfields Notts/S Yorks area
Hi.
Follw this link http://www.laasdata.com/corpjet/index.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and click on "ports of call". You can then scroll down to your chosen airfield which has hopefully got a list of aircraft present.
Also try this for excellent aerial views...http://content-delivery.co.uk/aviation/airfields/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
And finally this for detailed directions!!! http://aircraftspotting.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Mike.
