With the exception of 'UB, all of the Babcock Fireflies are currently stored
here awaiting sale after being replaced in Military service by Grob's. G-BUUB
has been bought by the Leicester Aero Club and is now based. They are being
maintained by Swiftair whose hangar they sit outside of so there may have been
others hangared.

Update: I counted 28 ex-Babcock T-67 Fireflys (including the one sold to Leicester Aero Club) at Leicester this afternoon... There were none in the hangar though. The guy working the tower said only two or three are for sale at the moment - the rest are "stored" on a care-and-maintenance basis, having to be run up periodically, etc.

The T67s present now are: G-BUUA, UB, UC, UK, G-BWXA, XB, XC, XD, XE, XF, XG, XH, XI, XJ, XK, XL, XM, XN, XO, XR, XS, XT, XU, XV, XW, XX, XY, XZ
