Making a welcome return after a break of several years is the International Moth Rally, organised by the DH Moth Club and this year held at Belvoir Castle, near Grantham.

Looks a fantastic event.. and the backdrop is stunning ))

What kind of turnout did it get today ? I saw a rumour of 99 bookings. Anyway, will be there tomorrow regardless.

What kind of turnout did it get today ? I saw a rumour of 99 bookings
I logged 54 a/c on the Saturday. The programme indicates that 102 different a/c, including visitors / support, should be attending so around 50 more due on the Sunday.

Be aware, no access to the flightline for non Moth Club members; this made photography very challenging with the only decent spot being at the entrance, with the runway turn off in front, with full frame acheived at around 150-200mm.
