A few from LAA Devon Strut Fly-in, Dunkeswell

Post your airshow images here, military aircraft that attend civilian airshows can be posted as long as the bulk of the photos in the thread are of civilian participants.

A few from LAA Devon Strut Fly-in, Dunkeswell

Post by seacat192 » Sun May 12, 2019 6:57 am

Not been to a Fly-in for a while, so went along to the above event near Honiton in Devon.

A good attendance, but with the aircraft parking area in front of the public soon getting full, later arrivals were parked around the perimeter of the airfield, but these remained out of reach during my time there due to a low number of LAA members being able to act as safety stewards when members of the public were in close proximity to the live taxiway/live aircraft.

Here are a few photos from the day:

Thanks to the organisers of the event, the pilots for flying aircraft to Dunkeswell, and to you for looking at my small selection.

C&C welcome

Roger

Great photos. Shame you couldn't get to see more of the attendees, but two Beech 99s hopefully made up for that.

Thank you.

I had good time, nice aircraft and decent weather.

The two Beech 99s are used for parachute drops.

Roger

Look's as though you had a good day, the TravelAir4000 is always a treat to see.

I dread driving around the perimeter track at Dunkeswell with all of the pot holes!!
