I never get tired of going here but somehow I'd never done an evening show before. Yesterday was just too tempting to miss (and it meant that I escaped wife and friends all watching that other event at Windsor Perfect weather / light made it an exceptional evening and so nice to see the Shuttleworth spitfire finally making it' public debut, here's a selection and there are LOADS more in my flickr album: https://www.flickr.com/photos/125470545 ... 5312289231

I mentioned the Spitfire so lets start with that, it carries AR501 but it's civil reg is G-AWII...

by the time they were preparing to flyi the Edwardians it was 20.50 and starting to get dark so I decided to leave and get at least some of the way home in a bit of light (I don't enjoy night driving nowanights)

Absolutely superb pictures - fantastic light on them. really liked the Spit pics , then I saw the Lanc, then the gorgeous Lysander and the Comet-they're all excellent. It really does look like a cracking event (weather helps). Thanks for putting them up for us.
