Jordanian reported as JY-AIE checking Airframes.org, it ties up with the c/sign

The Atlas I think was N412MC they seemed to have replaced the southern airs

I think it is more of a gap filler like the Kalitta as it departed a short time ago under the Southern Air callsign (from FR24).

Looking at tonight's departure it appears the Atlas Air callsign 'Giant' is now being used. A chance to catch a few more Atlas 747 frames through the local hopefully :)
