thanks Mike. One question - is it me or are all photos now only available as links rather than embedded?

edit...... and links to photobucket aren't working at at all (see my stansted post, it wasn't that foggy, honestly! )

Glad it's not just me , I can't see any photos on the site at all now .......

Must be something to do with the site , as I can see all photo's on another photo forum/site no problems

Which version of Windows and which browser are you using ?

Vista , and IE - not sure what version! Can't find a compatability option , however I can now see the photo's , trouble is I dont know
how I've done it .......

I cannot get any photos to view, but can on the military site?

Try the following (it worked for me!)

on the menu at the top of your page , select 'tools'

from the drop down menu select ' compatability view settings'

in the box where it says ' websites you have added to compatability view' ,

if civilian aviation is listed there then select it and click ' remove'

hopefully that should work.



one other thing I've noticed however is that if I ckick the 'view active topics' tab then nothing ever displays, is anyone else having the same problem?
