Manchester AVP Sunday 19/05/2019
Paid a visit this afternoon for two hours at the building site known as the AVP- I'm sure it will get sorted eventually- but the viewing is awful- I know now why people save their money and spot from the area opposite on the south side of the airfield. Anyway managed to get a couple of books I was after and whilst having a cold drink in the café- logged the following none of which were needed.
G-UZHY- A320N
F-HEPA- A320
G-RORA- Legacy 500
D-CAWM- C560
D-CEFO- C560
OK-SLX- c560
A6-EOF- A380
A6-BLP- 787-9
OE-LWO- E195
EC-NAB- 737
LY-VED- A320
Think I will give the AVP a miss until the building work is completed.

Just checked my list from the AVP- in fact I did need one the Austrian E195 OE-LWO so all was not lost.

Thank you for the info regarding The AVP.
I see on the website the mounds are not accessible, what exactly are they doing ? Is it an improvement to the existing viewing facility or a development that will mean they won't be replaced.
Had a quick check on their website but it's a bit vague.
Regards,
Mark
