NEOS B787 31-3-20

Post by LondonEye » Tue Mar 31, 2020 5:58 pm

Just had a nice B787 of Neos flyover SE London for Stansted. NOS1 EI-NEW.
Came from North Italy - so assume likely repatriation.
Pete.

Pete - the Stansted google group ( https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/stnae ) reported that it will be in for 5 days so unlikely to be re-pat. 2 (I think) others have been in recently-ish for some sort of modification work which took about 5 days per aircraft so I would expect it's the same reason again

according the the Stansted google group, that one is only in until 18.00 this evening so it may be visible over the south east departing. They are using runway 22 today if that helps.

EI-NEW took a very friendly route over Kent, just east of Biggin Hill, so easily seen and logged!

I think a NEOS B787s are currently having further engine modifications, EI-NUA has been sat at Birmingham for a few weeks now awaiting reconditioned engines
