this page has a downloadable link to the runway alternations for 2019 and explanations how they work:-
https://www.heathrow.com/company/local- ... lternation

It does not appear to have a direct link any more but I have done a screenshot and produced this JPEG for the 2019 schedule: Imageheathrow runway alternations schedule for 2019 by Andrew Goldsmith, on Flickr

The 2020 schedule is not yet available on their website

when they are operating on 09s then 09L is normally used for landings at all times (with occasional exceptions)

please note that the runways listed are the ones used for landings at the time on the sheet

and this airport document is quite handy as it explains how they decide when to switch from Easterly to westerly operations:

a few bits in there that I wasn't aware of - well worth a read to ensure you go to the right spot if the winds are marginal

The runway alternations page is no longer available via a direct link and is only a downloadable sheet so I have done a screenshot of it and produced a JPEG version here, NOTE THAT THIS IS THE 2019 SCHEDULE, I can't find 2020 yet but will do the same when it appears, it's also in the first post in this topic

I've also noticed that all the plane-mad.com airport guide links no longer work so it appears the site has been withdrawn, Mike and I are replacing links to airfield info with others as we find them but it's a bit of a long job so please bear with us (and feel free to add any that you know of thanks)
