Heathrow 31st March

Hi. It looks like i will be driving up to Kent from Dorset on saturday to drop off the wife. So i am thinking of stopping on the way back somewhere,(afternoon 1300-onwards ish) as i don't get up that way much. I am thinking Heathrow. I was wondering the best place to park and watch/photo. Or if it is worth Gatwick (where) or somewhere else
Thanks for any help i have looked at Planemad Heathrow site and can not make my mind up.

Gatwick is a nightmare for photography, Heathrow is far better - you just have to find out which runways are in use and take it from there. :thumb:

Thanks Mike. Thought Gatwick was not too good. It is just living down in deepest Dorset and never been to Heathrow for photos i don't know my way around up there
