Aeropark - 1st Visit

Post by bennyboy » Sun Oct 24, 2010 9:33 pm

Hi Folks...

Been a military jet fan for a while now.....
But today I decided to take my boys for our first visit to Aeropark,

Entry - £2 for me and 50p each for the kids ....what a bargain :thumb:
OK - its not Cosford...but well worth a visit (Some v good exhibits, Very friendly staff )

But the biggest surprise of the day was the mound next to the main runway :o

We had a cracking day and I never thought I would say it but.... "I really got into the Civvy Aircraft"
(lol we stayed over 2hrs more than our intended time)

Just Like to give all the folks at Aeropark a big :thumb: for all their efforts,
and no doubt they will be seeing quite a lot more of my family in the near future

Id better go now....need to find a book with all the Civvy Serials

Kind Regards

Ben :)

Hi Ben,

Yes I saw you and Phil several times on the day...

The Wessex was 'gleaming' in the sunshine....well done lads

Aeropark is only 18ml away...so I will be down there quite often

And....If my boy ever gives up sunday football.......
You will probably see me mowing the grass or doing a cleaning job..etc ;)

Kind Regards

Ben
