voting has now finished in this competition and the winner for June is Rainton20 (Ian Tate) with his beautiful photo of the only Super Guppy still flying N941NA taken at Victorville 24 March 2014

in 2nd place is AlanP (Alan Parker) with N444MG taken at Taken at Luton 2012

3rd equal are Bat21 (Nigel Fenwick) with Roblex Aviation Short SD360 "N875RR" low over the beach at St Maarten, taken on 6th Dec 2000

and Speedbird002 (Darryl Morrell) with his special scheme American Airlines Boeing 777 N759AN taken at Heathrow in February 2011

congratulations to all the above and thanks to everybody who entered and/or voted.

I believe this was the 2nd largest number of entries we have ever received in a photo competition (28 is the most I can find - March 2014) and there were many impressive entries
