Confusion! So much choice!

Hello again guys,
I'm currently looking at spending some money on my gear (600D sigma 18-200 OS and Canon 70-300 IS USM)
i e been reading review after review of the:
Canon 100-400 IS L MK2 (popular choice I know) would have to be second hand
Sigma 150-500 OS Sport
Sigma 150-600 OS
Tamron 150-600 VC
I have around a £1000 to play with but all the reviews/comparisons don't agree with each other.
Can I have other people's opinions to see if there is a clear favourite.
