Civilian Aviation

Now that my nearest proper airport is about an hours drive away I'm having to take a look at the hobby and how I can adapt.

I live not far from the POL VOR, and that sounds like it should mean lots of airways traffic! It doesn't, they're all in the wrong place compared to the house. However I've started to get a few bits near the house and as I was at home today I thought I'd take a couple of photos.
