Time for a new topic. de Havilland produced some world leading piston liners/biz post war. Time for the DH Dove, Devon, Sea Devon and Heron to shine. Let's see what you have

I really like these DH types - great idea for a themed topic and some nice shots to kick it off. Must search for what I've got this evening when I get home.

Great to see so many familiar airframes from the old days, they were certainly popular with many of the UK corporations of the 1970's. In the 1980's I was a student at Farnborough College, on the old campus that was part of the airfield. The RAE Devons were great as they flew visual approaches to land and this often involved a curved approach over our nissen hut classrooms to runway 24 (or was it 25 back then?).
A few examples from me.
