Hello!

Hello and thank you for activating my account.
I currently live in Glasgow, Scotland and, therefore, I spend the majority of my plane spotting time at Glasgow International Airport, Glasgow Prestwick Airport and sometimes Edinburgh Airport. I have a huge love for all things on wheels and as a result of this, I made it my job to be surrounded by them at all times as I work in the motor trade, working on cars and vans. This enthusiasm comes from a young age and also follows on from my Father's love of the same thing. He grew close to Glasgow Prestwick's flight paths in Troon and eventually worked at British Aerospace within Prestwick and was therefore close to the action, back during the 70's when Glasgow Prestwick was a very busy with commercial flights, unlike today!
As for taking photographs of planes, I only recently became interested in doing so. I always preferred to simply watch in awe. While I don't claim to be any kind of expert photographer, I look forward to sharing some pictures with the forum in the future.
Also, I hope to get out much more this summer to improve my photography and hopefully travel further to different airports during my holidays from work, especially Manchester Airport and London Heathrow Airport.
Cheers for reading and I look forward to getting involved.
