Freezing Manchester 3-12-2010

I thought I'd start having a go at Night Photography.

Manchester, Top of T2 carpark, -5 temp, Windy and snow storm isn't the time so start though. :oops:

Never mind in for a penny, in for a pound. I was hoping that one of the 2 PIA 777'S would be parked on the end of T1. sadly they weren't stayed for an hour, nothing pushed back, A few arrivals, but moving far to fast for a night time shot. I took a handful of shots of aircraft on T2 to teat settings.

EOS450D, 18-55mm Kit Lens, f8, AWB, ISO200. shutter lock up and nice steady tripod

I like those a lot. :thumbs:

Have you noticed the 2 fuzzy blokes leaving footprints in the snow in shot 2 ?

I didn't notice until I started to edit, I initially thought I messed up the shot.
