I saw this one last April in the dark on it's way to Doncaster as it went over my house flashing (YungLee posted a pic of it departing next day -lucky so-and so
The last time I photographed one was in August 2012 when some Russian ones visited Stansted for the 2012 Olympics - there were actually 3 different ones plus 3 IL-96s
over a 4 day spell - so on that occasion I suppose I was luckier than Lee
here's 2 of them at Stansted on 2nd August as the VIPs departed

Sweet jesus Andy those are incredible. The year before I got back in to the hobby after a post-Concorde/being at Uni disillusionment!
Wish we'd had your weather over here in South Wales Gallent, it probably routed straight from you, via me, to Shannon. In fact I'm surprised I didn't hear a rumble. These beasts don't tend to show on flightradar so much.
