Lockdown Garden Spots

Post by TheMightyOz » Wed Mar 25, 2020 1:01 pm

I thought while we're on lockdown, we could have a thread for anything we spot from our gardens.

I spotted this a little while ago:

N150SF
1978 Aerospatiale SA-341G Gazelle over Bedford 25/03/20

Feel free to add your own.

Cheers,
Oz

maybe I should change the April SPOTM to this subject, at least most of us might see something!

I'm really lucky being on the approach to the Doncaster Airport and have been working for a week or so. Here's a few shots from my house:

Stay safe and look after each other.

The Magpas air ambulance came over my back garden a few minutes ago. The first aircraft I've seen for at least 3 days.

A beautiful Kalitta Air 747-4H6(BCF) N740CK seen heading over my house from Leipzig to East Midlands Airport as K4254 with its landing gear down. The aircraft departed a couple of hours later to Cincinnati as K4254. There were also some other aircraft seen, including ASL Airlines Ireland 737F EI-STK and ASL Airlines France 737F F-GZTT. Also seen was AeroLogic 777-F D-AALN, Enjoy! :D

Nothing at all yesterday, a couple of light twins today. Also the Magpas air ambulance again, but I won't bore you with more pictures of that.
