Civilian Aviation

Whilst in Costa Rica we stayed at the excellent RIU Guanacaste hotel located on the beautiful Matapalo Beach. Some 45 minutes by coach from the airport we discovered quite quickly that flights inbound to Liberia Airport from the US and Canada started to make their final approach over the bay. If you happen to have your camera and a 70-300 zoom with you by your sunbed you can get a few snaps....
