I got an unexpected free day today, so I spent the morning at my local airport here in Brno, Czech Republic.
There wasn't any scheduled airline action, but some interesting GA and freighter stuff was on hand to make the trip out worthwhile.
An Italian registered Mooney M20 stopped in:
A locally based Zlin Z-526 heading out for a flight:
A Z-37 A3 heading out. This one was a bit unusual with its blue and white paint scheme rather than the yellow the type is typically seen in:
The real prize was this Antonov An-12 of Motor Sich that came in around 11:00 and left around 13:30. The An-12 flights into the airport can be rather unpredictable and at short notice, Tooday was the first time I'd ever been to the airport when one came in:
Did you know that registration to Civilian Aviation is completely free and brings you lots of added features? Find out more....

The AN12 is a nice catch although I do like the Zlin pictures, definitely not a common type in the UK.
