Cheerz landshark2084. Gotta say I actually prefered the Old Style Japan Airlines Livery. Used to see them quite often with 747s and MD-11s at Heathrow when on trips Down South.

Wow! Last saturday and most of this week iv been sitting in my work van, just at the taxiway at the showground. Usual 737's and airbuses and the day i dont go this big lump appears!!! :???: :(

Does anyone know why its here? has it left? is it gonna be regular visitor??

I feel your pain DrewN0810, your there when all the average run of the mill scheduled hum drum 73s, Airbus's yet the very day your not looking something interesting just happens to turn up and no-ones there to see it. aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh....

It was operating a charter for Japanese touritsts visiting the U.K. It landed at 15.30 and left at 19.30 on the 8th to Frankfurt ;)
There is another charter from Narita on the 5th of August which is due in Edinburgh at 13:20 :cool:

Cheers for da info Stewart, unfortunately it all depends wether I'm working nearby to pop over on the 5th. But even if I don't make it I'm sure you lucky so and so's will share ya pics! If I'm around I'll be in a small White van with ladders on the roof, feel free to come say hi! :D
