What a beautiful backdrop to pictures of aircraft.

Is the north airport busy these days, was quiet when I last went there '88.

Hi Neil,

It was certainly busy whilst I was there - But then I checked FR24 the day before and worked out the busier times. I think I logged around 40 aircraft, including a WFU Vickers Viscount on the fire dump!

The biggest carrier seen was Binter with ATR's and 1x CRJ. There was an Air Europa B787 due and a RAM ATR-72 but I didn't hang around.

The views as you say are amazing, but also a little breezy too but I loved it

I too visited in 2018 but only for about an hour. Here is the mentioned Viscount that I took...
