Zurich, Final day!

Post by jonf45 » Tue Oct 16, 2018 4:56 pm

Hi guys
Final day of Zurich trip found us at the Heli-grill for departures!
Another cracking location, probably ideal from 11am onwards, but as we were booted out of the hotel we were there at 9ish and the sun hadnt come round fully.

Great Picture and location looks good
Is Zurich expensive ?
Do you need a car for spotting locations

Thanks guys
Zurich is expensive compared to most European cities, but i found the transport etc to be reasonable,
We did bus and train to get around. Free bus to/from hotel which is near where this spot was, and train for the others.
A car would be handy, but not completely necessary. There is also a bike hire place at the airport apparently which i may try out next time!
Cheers
Jon

Again, brilliant set Jon  very good rotation shots, love the Fokker 100 too

My favorite is the Edelweiss A330 take off, stunning

Is the heli-grill the spot down the riad track that ends up near the biz jet ramps?

A great set of shots, ZRH is on my 'hit list' for 2019.
Pics taken as record shots only - no competition entries here :)
