North Weald 30 June 2018 with wrecks

Post by acw367 » Sun Jul 01, 2018 1:24 pm

Visited North Weald on 30 June for the Air-Britain fly-in. Not great participation, but a chance to get around the field and see the various residents, including spending some time around the Wrecks and Relics dump.

Some of those wrecks have been there for years. So, the black & white G-LUND makes for an interesting picture.
Well done.

Those wrecks could make for a caption competition.

" It's not that bad, nothing that a touch of paint would not put right "

" I think the pre-flight might take a bit longer than usual"

Ouch ! Pete.
