Brno (BRQ) 17.3.2017

Post by upnorth » Fri Mar 17, 2017 6:55 pm

Hello all,

It's been a while since I had time to do some spotting at my local, but I got a free afternoon today and decided to rectify the situation. Here's a bit of the goings on:

Things started small with OE-ALJ, a DA-20 Katana stopping in
Image

Things got bigger with OK-KLM, a Piper Malibu heading out
Image

SP-KPL and YL-RAH, a pair of workhorse Saab 340 cargo conversions, both made appearances

Finally, a couple of shots of the regularly scheduled Ryanair flight from London against the late afternoon sky

Thanks for looking. Any and all comments welcomed

Nice pic of the DA-20, looks a bit like a Piper Tomahawk... after weight loss surgery! ;)

Thanks for sharing

Matt :D

Thanks for the good words.

Mike: You got me curious about EI-DAN so I looked it up. I have to say she's looking well kept for a near 14 year old bird in the fleet of a cheap carrier.

I think it's the 10th oldest 737 out of a fleet of 379 !
