Malta including EU summit transport

Hi all,

Went to the airport in the hope of covering some of the jets carrying EU heads to the summit held in Malta. Some were parked nearly out of sight so i did all i could. Also included some of the regulars too.

An interesting selection. Love the landing shot of the Lufthansa retrojet, and the Qatari helicopters are a rare sight.

Great set there!! Qatari helo's a great catch! Would love to get to Malta for some spotting! I thought out PM was now using a Voyager?

I guess the A330 is more for long haul (like the recent trip to the US), with the 32(TR) Sqn 146s still being used for short/medium haul.
